Life can’t be done alone. T’he church is a place for people to connect with God and others. We strive to be a place where you can find friends to support and encourage you along the journey.

We are a gathering of what the Bible calls disciples. Disciples are people who want to know Him, study His teaching and apply His character and love in their own lives. If church were a restaurant, discipleship is the main course. That’s why we are committed to providing tools and opportunities for you to pursue Jesus and grow to be more like Him.

Looking for a church home? The best way to learn about Olathe Bible Church is to come to Discover OBC. This 3-week class explores the “10 words that best describe Olathe Bible Church” as a way to get you acquainted with our story, mission, strategy and beliefs. Participation in Discover OBC is the first step toward becoming a member of Olathe Bible Church.

Register for the next session or contact John Blackburn for more information.

Unlike membership at a gym or a country club, church membership is relational. It’s an individual commitment to be a part of the whole church body. Together, we pursue the unique mission that God has given Olathe Bible Church. There are four steps to becoming a member of Olathe Bible Church.

  1. Investigate what it means to be a part of the Olathe Bible Church family by attending Discover OBC.
  2. Affirm your commitment by reading the Membership Brochure and completing the membership application online.
  3. Validate your commitment by sharing your story with a couple of elders.
  4. Celebrate your commitment by being introduced to the church family during a Sunday worship service.

Discipleship works best when we learn alongside others. Life Groups meet in homes and workplaces around the area to study the bible and develop and nurture relationships with other Christ-followers – because we all need someone in our corner as we live life. Interested in connecting in a Life Group near you? Contact Colin Murphy.

Life Group leaders and members can now access your group information and study resources through the new Groups portal.
